Mental Health and WellBeing Support

The pandemic has impacted everyone and many people might feel concerned about their mental health and wellbeing.

Support is available wherever you are.  A number of agencies can provide support and advice in a safe and welcoming environment to help you during your time of need. Within RCT there is a team that links adults to sources of support in the community to help support you with any social, emotional and practical needs.
